From Chronic Pain to Strength & Resilience
In my early 20s, I suffered a severe disc herniation at L5-S1, causing crippling sciatica down my right side. My leg was often numb, and I struggled to stand up straight.
Doctors and chiropractors gave me the usual advice:
Sit up straight.
Avoid lifting heavy things.
Don’t bend forward.
I followed their guidance for over a year… and nothing changed.
I was frustrated, tired of being told what I couldn’t do, and refused to accept that my pain would only get worse as I got older. Instead, I took matters into my own hands.

The Turning Point
Determined to find real answers, I:
Studied Kinesiology
and
Health Science
Devoured research papers on back pain and injury rehabilitation
Created a science-backed approach to rehab myself
What I learned changed everything.
Instead of avoiding movement, I realized that building strength and mobility was the key to recovery. The traditional “rest and avoid” approach wasn’t solving the problem—it was making it worse.
With the right training, I fully recovered. Now, over a decade later, I’m:

A competitive powerlifter (deadlifting 500+ lbs)

Running long distances pain-free

Pain-free and strong for my daughter

Why I Started Coaching
Pain isn’t just physical. It steals moments, limits opportunities, and keeps you from living the life you want.
I started this coaching practice because I know what it feels like to fall through the cracks.
To be told that your only option is to "take it easy."
To feel like you’ll never move freely again.
To want more than just a temporary fix.
My goal is simple: help people get out of pain, stay out of pain, and come back stronger than ever.
