“How does Online Coaching work? How can I reach my goals if we never meet face to face?"
Online coaching makes it so you can work with a qualified coach anywhere in the world. The combination of useful and efficient Apps along with consistent communication allows me to provide excellent service at the fraction of the price of in-person coaching.
And it solves some key problems with in-person coaching:
- Scheduling workouts becomes a non-issue (you can do them whenever it’s convenient for you)
- It’s no longer mandatory to have a gym membership (saving you time and money on gym overhead costs)
- You no longer have to wait for your next session to check-in with your coach. All resources provided help keep the lines of communication open, allowing me to support you whenever necessary

“Do I need to be a gym member to take advantage of your coaching?”
Not at all. Gyms are optional and your individual program will be tailored to what you have available.
“I don’t have much equipment, can I still reach my goals?”
Yes you can! Adding to the last question, your program will be designed with what you have available in mind. You’d be surprised with what you can do with a floor and wall alone.
“Do you offer meal plans?”
Nope. I could tell you exactly what to eat for each meal of every day, but that defeats the purpose of a tailored nutrition program based on your preferences. With someone telling you exactly what to eat, you’re more likely to fall off in the long-term and end up right where you started.
I prefer to teach you how to build meals you enjoy and I offer examples of how to do just that.
“I have no idea how to cook let alone make healthy meals, can I still reach my goals?”
Of course! Finding foods you like and learning how to prepare them is all part of the coaching I offer. Plus I love swapping recipes and sharing new ones I come across.
“Can you just write me a program?”
No can do. There’s nothing I can write you that would be any better than a program you could find online without any other knowledge. Plus, programs need consistent tweaking in order to match the changes that will inevitably occur in your life and with your goals.
If you’re just looking for a program, there are plenty of great ones out there, but that’s only a small part of what I offer.
“I feel like I’m doing everything right but the scale hasn’t budged. What gives?”
The scale only measures one thing, your weight. And your weight is comprised of so many factors like, fat, muscle mass, water, bone density etc.
It’s either 1 of 2 things. You’re trying to lose fat but you’re only looking at weight. Or there’s something holding back your progress that you’re not accounting for. Are you accurately tracking food intake? Are you active? How are your sleep and stress levels?
There are many factors at play here and tracking the important ones will best help you identify what’s going on.
“What if I’m planning on being away or going on holiday?”
All coaching packages can be put on hold only to resume once you’re ready to go again.
