Who is the 16-Week “Breakout Strength” Program designed for?

The 16-Week “Breakout Strength” Program by Strumos Fitness is aimed to help professional people in their thirties who want to get fit but feel they don’t have the time or knowledge to do so. These individuals may have been fit in their earlier years and may want to get back to where they once were and even surpass their earlier fitness levels.

The fitness program I offer supports people who are in the process of starting families and don’t want to miss out on life due to their lack of fitness. To help my clients achieve their goals, I focus on developing their overall fitness and strength. My exercise plans enable them to build their durability and be free of the soreness and pain associated with an activity.

How does the program work?

The 16-Week “Breakout Strength” Program is a dynamic fitness program. It requires participants to engage in determined activities for sixteen continuous weeks with just three hours of workout commitment per week. The program includes targeted strength training and flexible dieting to help you reach your fitness goals. 

To ensure you have access to my workout program, whenever you are free, it is available online. That way, you can exercise according to your schedule, along with the support and expertise of a certified fitness professional. Both your workouts and nutrition plans are delivered through an app, so everything you need is available in the palm of your hand.
